By this time, we will have had our complementary Discover Call or a Design Solutions Consultation. We’re now ready to begin working together to create a Design Concept that Linda Elkins Designs will see through to completion. We provide a turn-key service that will ensure your experience is organized, efficient, and well thought out.

If you prefer to Do-It-Yourself, but are not sure of the latest trends, how to prioritize or where to begin, we craft a complete design package with floorplan drawings, a unique Design Board, and a shopping list with links. This is a ready-to-go design you can implement at your pace.

Through our many trade-only manufacturer relationships, Linda Elkins Designs provides clients with an endless variety of furniture, lighting, rugs, faux trees & plants, decorative accessories, and art… everything needed to fully furnish your home. We attend industry trade shows open only to retailers and designers, and stay current on the latest trends. We know quality and which materials will perform best for your lifestyle. We operate like a “store without a storefront” and we offer competitive retail pricing.

Design fees do not include the price of furniture or furnishings, sales tax, freight or delivery fees.

 
    1. We thoroughly discuss the scope of your project, create a Design Fee Proposal, then prepare and sign a design agreement. Design fees are paid at this time, either in full or in installments.

    2. Client completes our design questionnaire; we discuss ideas, wants & needs, plus review your inspirational images.

    3. We tour your home, take photos & measurements. If a remodel project, we may also meet tradesmen and contractors on-site at this time.

    4. We do our design magic in our office, determine best layout, create mood boards, drawings & order materials samples, if needed. We provide pricing for items purchased through us.

    5. We present the final design to you, make any needed revisions and get your final approval.

    1. After final approval of your design, we receive payment for all furniture & furnishings and begin placing orders. If this is a construction project, we provide all design info to the construction team and coordinate with their schedules. Client pays all contractors & tradesmen directly.

    2. We monitor all orders and keep track of shipments. We handle any claims, if needed.

    3. All furniture & furnishings items are received, inspected and stored until ready for delivery by our white glove professionals.

    4. If this is a construction project, we will meet regularly with trades people & contractors, to oversee that the design plan is implemented as designed.

    1. We coordinate white glove delivery of all furniture and furnishings, as well as installers and handyman services.

    2. All items are installed and perfectly styled!

    3. We handle any punch-list items or claims, then close the project.

    4. Client begins to enjoy and thrive in their new, professionally designed space!
